"3 names: Bray, Rachael, Dylan. I’m not sure if I spelled them correctly, but you’ll know who I’m talking about. Only just talked to Dylan for the first time today, but he is an amazing person and will only continue to grow for the time he is working at State Farm. My dryer in my apartment caught fire and I had to leave. Everything in it is covered in soot and reeks of smoke. So far, the people who work for/own the apartment complex, aren’t being very kind. But Dylan, even with his limited knowledge and fairly new work environment, managed to help me have a better day when I talked to him. He’s spectacular. I can’t remember if it was Rachael or Bray I spoke to the first time I called about this, but let me tell you, it doesn’t matter. Because these two woman are the most amazing people ever(at least in the insurance world). Every time I call, they are so sweet, so kind, so warming, and so empathetic. You can tell they really care about other people, their job, and helping. Through all the stress I’ve had in dealing with my situation, they have been the greatest. Of course I have a lot of family and friends who care, and it’s not that I don’t appreciate it or that I’m not grateful. However, it was expected. I also began to expect that everyone I dealt with outside of friends and family, just wouldn’t care. But boy was I proved wrong by y’all. It’s the fact that every stranger I talked to, didn’t seem to care. Bray and Rachael were strangers to me. I thought they were just some more people I had to deal with to make things happen so I could get my life back together. But rather, they were the best part of all this. I actually got excited every time I had to call Jamey South’s office and I heard Bray or Rachael on the line. Ridiculously compassionate and kind hearted people. Could not have asked for better. And now my final comment, to all three of you: Y’all are amazing people, do not change for anyone. Keep helping others, keep making other people happy, and remember, even if you don’t believe in God, He loves you. He loves me so much that He put you three in my life to help me through this difficult time. I hope I don’t have anymore problems to have to go through insurance, but I’d do it as many times as I had to if it meant I got y’all every time. I will not forget y’all. -Zach"
