"I was involved in an accident recently and called the office about 30 minutes before closing. I received a call back quite a bit after hours from Brae with all of the information needed and everything pretty well handed over to the other person's insurance. To further this, I ended up using my own insurance for the property damage and once again had a conversation towards the end of the day, and Brae once again worked diligently to get everything to a good spot and had me ready to go into the shop and pick up a rental the following day.
